Basic Zinc complex salt dispersed over Precipitate Silica

The proprietary combination of zinc salt of unsaturated fatty acid is designed to give good steelcord adhesion over the conventional cobalt bonding system for radial tires, conveyor belts, hoses and other industrial goods. Techbond ZU40 exhibits good steelcord adhesion and physical and mechanical properties in the uncured and cured rubber compositions. Techbond ZU40, zinc complex salts, are considered to be lower cost, environmentally friendlier and non-cobalt based. It is also useful in improving the adhesion of brass coated steel cords.
