Zinc Diisobutyl dithiocarbamate

Sovchem ZDiBC Powder is highly effective because of its steric hindrance due to the branching structure of diisobutylamine, which can significantly reduce the formation of n-nitrosamine in the vulcanization process compared with the common non-branched super accelerators of the same kind. It is an environmentally friendly accelerator with good mechanical properties. Used for primary or secondary ultra-accelerator in NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, HR, EPDM, and their latexes. It can be used in NR latex in place of ZDEC and ZDBC.
