Sovchem ZBEC Oiled Powder is an ultra accelerator that is activated at low temperatures. ZBEC is one of few dithiocarbamates that is not a concern with nitrosamines. It does not generate a secondary amine that is volatile enough to migrate out of the rubber and form nitrosamines.
