HT918 is a high-efficiency multifunction crosslinker. The molecule is like the accelerator TBzTD and the structure is like the anti-reversion agent HTS. It not only has the effect of the vulcanizing agent but also has the effect of anti-reversion agent. The crosslinking bond has the stability of the single sulfur bond and the disulfide bond, with flexibility like the polysulfide crosslinking bond. The vulcanized rubber has excellent dynamic and static modulus, tensile strength, tear strength, hardness, resilience, compression set, heat build-up and good ride flex test in creep characteristics.
