HA50 Product Bulletin SDS
Melting Point 97-105°C, Peptizing effect in NR and IR upwards of 60°C. HA50 decreases the viscosity of compounds based on NR resulting in an easier processing, which leads to higher extrusion rates, better dimensional stability and a stable die swell. HA50 provides a good dispersion of the fillers and rubber chemicals in the compound. Used in tire, molded and extruded articles of all types, hard rubber.
HST Product Bulletin SDS
Melting Point 85-105°C, HST is a dispersion promoter for high loading silica compounds. It shows excellent behavior in silica/carbon black compounds. HST improves filler dispersion and reduces mixing and Mooney viscosities, HST increases scorch safety and reduced energy consumption in extrusion. HT12 Product Bulletin SDS
Melting Point 90-100°C, It provides a good dispersion of the ingredients in the rubber compound. Improves extrusion and calendering of compounds and improves mold release of vulcanizates.
HT Product Bulletin SDS

HT16S Product Bulletin SDS
Melting Point 90-100°C, Process additive for all kinds of rubbers, especially good for mold flow and release. Improves the surface of finished rubber articles.
HT212 Product Bulletin SDS
Melting Point 50-60°C, Improves the dispersion of powder ingredients. Decreases the risk of incipient scorching. Highly effective plasticizing action in dry compounds. It is possible to fill the molds - used for transfer and injection molding - faster and under lower pressure. It has good performance for mold release.
HT42L Product Bulletin SDS
Melting Point 80-90°C, HT42L is an excellent filler and chemical dispersant. It improves the plasticity of raw rubber and improves flow performance. It increases the speed of injection, makes the surface of calendering products such as seal products or molded membranes both smooth and flat. There is no negative effect on vulcanization characteristics.
A11 Product Bulletin SDS
Melting Point 55-65°C, A11 is used as a combination peptizing and processing additive which is effective in natural and synthetic rubber. It is easily dispersed in rubber due to its suitable content of dispersing agent and effective on the open mill at temperatures above 80°C and in the internal mixer up to 160.
Technic B18S Product Bulletin SDS
Can be used as a resorcinol component of the Dry Bonding System for adhesion of synthetic tire cord and brass plated tire cord to rubber. It offers a balanced combination of good adhesion and excellent flex fatigue resistance in conjunction with methylene donors like formaldehyde, Hexa methylene Tetramine (HMT) and Hexa Methoxy Methylol Melamine (HMMM) Resin through formation of an in-situ resin. The product contains nil formaldehyde.
HT42S Product Bulletin SDS
Melting Point 85-95°C, It can be used as process additive and mold release agent for all kinds of rubbers and fillers. Especially effective in the extrusion process. Good filler dispersion improves the bath-to-batch uniformity.
HT54 Product Bulletin SDS

MR1086C Liquid Product Bulletin SDS
Blend of MR1085C and naphthenic oil to improve flow in automatic pumping equipment. Only slight heating required to maintain low viscosity for good flow.
Tartac 20 Liquid Product Bulletin SDS
Tartac 30 Liquid Product Bulletin SDS
Pine tar liquid available in low, medium and high viscosity levels. Used as a plasticizer, tackifier, and process aid. Can also be used as replacement for oil when economics or supply warrants. Due to the high acidity, pine tar will retard the cure; this can be offset by adding 3/4 phr of CaO.
