Sovchem® CMBT Oiled Powder Product Bulletin SDS
CMBT is a fast-curing accelerator especially suited for EPDM. Its vulcanizates have low
compression set. CMBT is used extensively in hose compounding.
Sovchem® ZBEC Oiled Powder Product Bulletin SDS
Ultra accelerator that is activated at low temperatures. ZBEC is one of few dithiocarbamates that is not a concern with nitrosamines. It does not generate a secondary amine that is volatile enough to migrate out of the rubber and form nitrosamines.

Sovchem® MBT Powder Product Bulletin SDS
Fast curing primary accelerator suitable for use in most polymers. Best results are obtained with a combination of MBT as the primary accelerator and thiuram, dithiocarbamate or guanidine accelerators as boosters. MBT acts as a retarder in CR based compounds. Acts as a mild peptizer for NR and CR rubbers. Applications include motor cycle/scooter tires, butyl tubes, belts, retreads, footwear, hot air cured products, hoses, cables and miscellaneous molded and extruded rubber products.
Sovchem® DPG Granule Product Bulletin SDS
Thiazole and sulfenamide booster, accelerator. Non-nitrosoamine generating. Can replace TMTD in many applications. Excellent accelerator for curing thick rubber articles.
Sovchem ZDiBC Powder Product Bulletin SDS
Used for primary or secondary ultra-accelerator in NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, HR, EPDM, and their latexes. Similar in property to PZ and EZ. Less accelerating effects than PZ and EZ to dry rubber. Effectively used in both natural and synthetic latexes for faster curing at normal (low) temperature than PZ and EX, and less scorching and blooming.
Sovchem® DCBS Oiled Powder Product Bulletin SDS
Delayed-action slow curing sulfenamide accelerator. DCBS is more often used in steel skim compounds for improved adhesion. Stocks containing DCBS can be stored for long time without deterioration in scorch safety or vulcanisate properties. DCBS is highly suitable and widely used in retread, large tires, shock absorbers and conveyor belts.
Sovchem® MBTS Powder Product Bulletin SDS
Similar in performance to MBT, but provides much greater scorch resistance. Can also be boosted with thiurams, dithiocarbamates, and guanidines.
Sovchem® HAHC Product Bulletin SDS
In the rubber and plastics industries, it is an antioxidant, vulcanization accelerator, and radical scavenger. It is also used as a fixative for textile dyes as a metal extraction and flotation aid, as an antioxidant in fatty acids and soaps, and as a color stabilizer and emulsion additive in color films. It is a starting material for pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals manufacturing.
Sunsine HD-OT20 Oiled Powder Product Bulletin SDS
Non-staining, non-coloring Sulfur curing agent. Used to retard bin scorch, prevent migration of sulfur and preserve surface tack which is important in the manufacture of tires and other plied-up rubber goods.

Sovchem® TBzTD Oiled Powder Product Bulletin SDS
A fast curing primary or secondary accelerator in NR, SBR and NBR applications. Safer for processing than TMTD because it provides longer scorch times. Also used as a retarder in the vulcanization of PVC rubber. Developed to replace thiurams such as TMTD where the presence of nitrosamines is of concern. The dibenzylnitrosamine is not carcinogenic according to published literature.

Dimicit TMTD Oiled Powder Product Bulletin SDS
Fast-curing ultra-accelerator for NBR, EPDM and most other polymers. May be used alone or with thiazoles. Cure modifier in CR: retards G-types, accelerates W-types. TMTD can also act as a sulfur donor for semi-EV and EV-type cure systems. Vulcanizates that are cured with TMTD used as an accelerator with little or no sulfur have excellent aging properties.
Sovchem® ZDEC Product Bulletin SDS
Ultra accelerator that is activated at low temperatures. Can be used as a primary and a secondary accelerator. It has a medium scorch safety for a dithiocarbamate. Vulcanizates have excellent aging properties Can be used in natural rubber and most synthetic elastomers. Also used in latex. Especially good in with slow curing polymers such as EPDM and butyls. Is synergistic with thiazoles where it is used as a secondary accelerator. Thiurams can be used to slightly delay the scorch of dithiocarbamates. Promotes a fast cure that is activated at low temperatures. Dithiocarbamates promote predominately mono-sulfidic crosslinks that are good for heat aging resistance and low compression set. They promote high crosslink densities.
Sovchem® ZDMC Powder and Oiled Powder Product Bulletin SDS
Used for NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, HR, EPDM and natural and synthetic latexes. Stronger accelerating power than TMTD. Strong resistance to scorching. In its handling, care should be taken because of its increase activation and strong tendency to scorch at low temperatures (100º C). Often used as a secondary accelerator.
Sovchem® ZMBT Product Bulletin SDS
Used for NR, IR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and latex. May be regarded as an intermediate between M and DM. Used as a secondary accelerator in combination with PZ and EZ. Similar performace as MBT at curing temperatures in dry rubber application, Has lower scorch and better processing safety. Suitable for mold curing. Require zinc oxide and stearic acid as activators in many kinds of rubber batch. Easily disperses in rubber; yields non-staining and non-discoloring products. Mainly used in the manufacture of latex products, foam rubber, latex coating gloves, etc.

Protection agent and stabilizer for plastics. Also used as an inhibitor for production of acrylic acid.
Sovchem® NBDC Oiled Powder Product Bulletin SDS
Most often used as an antidegradant but can also be used as a secondary accelerator.

Sovchem® DOTG Oiled Powder Product Bulletin SDS
Non-staining thiazole and sulfenamide booster, accelerator Non-nitrosamine generating. More active than DPG. Can be used in curing Vamac G (registered trademark of Dupont). Slow curing primary accelerator for natural rubber but too slow for synthetic rubbers. DOTG has more scorch safety than DPG. Need slightly less DOTG than DPG to get the same state of cure.
Sovchem® DPG Oiled Powder Product Bulletin SDS
Thiazole and sulfenamide booster, accelerator. Non-nitrosamine-generating; Can replace TMTD in many applications. Excellent accelerator for curing thick rubber articles. DPG has less scorch safety than DOTG. Need slightly more DPG than DOTG to get the same state of cure. DPG produces predominately poly-sulfidic crosslinks which maximizes the tear strength of its vulcanizates.
Sovchem® CBS Granule Product Bulletin SDS
Delayed action sulfenamide accelerator. CBS has the ability to provide fast efficient mixing of difficult, highly loaded carbon black reinforced compounds without sacrificing scorch safety or physical properties. Its vulcanizates have good reversion and aging resistance.
Sovchem® MBS (MOR) Granule Product Bulletin SDS
Has the longest scorch delay of the delayed action thiazole and sulfenamide accelerators making it ideal for calendered compounds such as steel belt and textile skim compounds. It is particularly suited for steel belt skim compounds.
